Debra’s love affair with food began in her mother’s gourmet kitchen. Today, she teaches busy people to create nourishing, tasty, and quick meals using the wisdom of Ayurveda. She loves those moments when others discover how the kitchen can become a place of comfort and healing.
Her own experience of healing arthritis and excess weight inspires Debra to teach others how to do the same through the power of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. When teaching yoga, she guides movement that soothes and strengthens the body, allowing your mind to access quiet and inner wisdom – that voice within that leads us all toward greater joy and fulfillment.
